Communion Bread

Yields 6-8 servings

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup organic whole wheat flour
  • Approx. 1 ½ Tablespoon’s water

Directions

  • Preheat skillet on stovetop to medium low.
  • In a bowl, combine flour and water, then form into a ball.
  • Roll dough into a flat ⅛ inch circle.
  • Place flattened dough into preheated skillet.
  • Cook approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.

Allow to cool, then break into individual pieces
